Issue/Rationale

This temporary easement is to facilitate Clay County Utility Authority Construction project adjacent to Orange Park High School. The District was notified of the need on April 10, 2014. Construction is scheduled to take place in May.

Recommended Action
Approve the Temporary Easement.
